LABOR AND THE ELECTIONS.
to the editor. Sir,—AH honor and glory to the workers of Dunedin for the magnificent manner in which they have shown that they have no sympathy with the -disloyalist, Sinn Feiner, Bolshevist, or extreme Labor section. The utter rout of all the candidates put forward by the so-called Labor Representation Council has shown how entirely out of touch that body is with the respectable loyal, and sano workers of our city. It is duo tfO tho undoubted loyalty of Mr MacMairus that he polled so well; and had it not been for the company ho has recently kept lie would have been among the successful candidates.—l „ara, etc., April 28.
