GARDEN FETE
Tlie garden fete to be bold on Saturday afternoon next at tbs residence of Mr P. C. Neill, Chin»ford, Valiev. Is causing much interest. Tito col-a southerly will no doubt bavo blown Itself out by then, and the day will probably bo fine. To-morrow tickets will bo offered for sale in the streets by the members of the committee of the Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children. The fete has been organised for the benefit of the society’s building fund, and this wiii no doubt appeal to the sympathies of many people.
