Bank of New Zealands were sold at £25 ss, and mere were wanted at £25 2s 6d, but sellers asked £26 ss. There was no inquiry for insurance scrip, although a few were offered. £390 was accepted for P. and O.'s, the market closing with further buvers at £389 and sellers at £420. .Huddarts continue down, and sales were booked at 50s 3d and 50s, closing with a buyer at 49s 6d and a seller at 51s. "Westport Coals were in demand at 295. with a seller at 31s, and a parcel of Stocktons changed hands as 7s Bd, the closing quotation being 6d buyer, 8s seller. New Zealanu Refrigerating were sought for at 22s Od, but sellers asked 6d more. Sales on 'Change :—Bank of N Z £25 ss; P. and 0. (def.), £390; Hudl dart Parker, 50s 3d, 50s; WostportStocktons, 7s Sd.
