SALES ON 'CHANGE: THIS DAY.
Christchurch.—On 'Change: Farmers' Auctioneering, £5 12/6; New Zealand Insurance, 28/3 ; Huddart, Parker, 51/. PROPERTY SALE. Messrs Alex. Harris and Co. report having offered at auction yesterday four freehold properties in Upper Carroll and Maitland streets, on account of Mrs H. Beck. All the properties were passed in, not reaching the reserves, but were disposed of privately at satisfactory prices immediately after the sale. PROPERTY SALES. Messrs Park, Reynolds, Ltd., held a sale by auction at Port Chalmers to-dav, when a five-roomed House and section at Wycliffe terrace, in the estate of the late Arthur Fullerton, -was sold to Mr Ernest Godfred at £402 10s. The three leases also offered were purchased by the present lessees at the upsets placed upon the properties.
