HIGHLAND SOCIAL

Nothing is wanting make the annual social of the Gaelic Society, in the Art Gallery Hall to-morrow evening, the great success which the society’s factions were wont to be in .previous years. The committee have announced that the wearing of evening dress by ladies is not essential. Irrespective of the dancing part of the programme, there wiil ho social rooms, cards, songs, and pipe music for the non-dancers. Yates and Heath's Band provide the music, and the catering is by Kroon. Tickets are obtainable at 13egg’s and at the hall. Folk from the right side of the Tweed and their-, sons and daughters cannot afford to miss this always enjoyable national gathering.
