•■i' - i ANNUAL SPORTS. •; The second annual sports in connection -■with the John M’Glashan ■ College were held , on Bishopscourt Ground yesterday, and attracted a large number of visitors and parents. M’Glashan College is one of the foremost colleges in Otago, and, judging 'by the results of yesterday’s sports, ■will turn out some very fine athletes in the near future. Several events were put through on Saturday last and some 28 yesterday. The arrangements were excellent, and the whole programme was run off up to time. Mr N. Galbraith acted aa referee, and Messrs J. M’George, H. . Anderson, E. Mosley, J. Scott, J. Eustace, C. G. White,' and A. M. Sidey as judges. The ladies are to be thanked for providing afternoon tea. The masters, who acted as starters and-timekeepers, and other .officials are to be congratulated on the suctess of the second annual sports.
