Wallace (Mr Sinclair) to show cause why he should not be pro.ceeded against in terms of a judgment summons for the sum of £2B 18s owing for rent. eto. Mr Sinclair said that Wallace hoped to be able to make an offer in the next week or two, and a«kad for an adjournment for a fortnight. Adjournment granted, the sum of £ls 10s to be accepted in full settlement meantime. *"
