Christchurch.—Reported : National Bank of New Zealand, £6 lis; Huddart-Parkor £2 12s 6d. Auckland.—-Sales t Talisman, 9s 7d and 9s 4d; Huddart-Parker, £2 6s; Grand Junction, 12s 6d. OUR EXPORT TRADE. RECORD VALUES REACHED. Exports for the 12 months ended December 31 last reached a value of £52,634,670 for New Zealand products only and excluding gold in coin and bullion. This ; s £24,161,173 over the total for 1918, which was £28,473,497. The figures for this vear constitute a record. Tliev are more than the combined years of "1913 and 1914, which totalled £48,562,607. and included gold which amounted to £2,364,866. For this year (1919) wool export was represented by £19,559,537; mutton, £4,470,290 ; lamb, £3,063,769; cheese. £7.790.990; butter, £3,080,128. In the month of December, 1919, only £255,184 of gold was exported. Pelts represented in export a value of £1,694,867; tallow, £2,680,006. Imports were valued at £36,671,439 for 1919, as against £24,233,944 for 1918.
