fAimsdala on Saturday tho Port Chalmers engineerings firms of Stevenson and Cook and Morgan and Co. hold their annua! picnic. _ The outstanding feature of the picnic is intended to be pleasure for everyone present. To this end the committee have drawn up an attractive programme or competitions, with desirable prizes accruing. The women and children ■will be specially catered for, and altogether this picnic promises to be one of the f i• r e tram arr angements, particulars of which are set out fully in another column, are intended to meet the convenience ot picnickers residing at Dunedm Ravensboiime, Burkes, St. Leonards, Sawl vers Bay, and Port Chalmers.
