HILLSIDE WORKSHOPS SUP PORT LABOR
At the monthly meeting of the Hillside branch of the A.S.R.S. the following resolution was carried unanimously: "That this meeting of the Hillside branch of the Associated Society of Railway Servants representing a unit of the largest trade union in the Dominion—namely 8,000, realise that after having tried the' administration of the Liberal Government for a period of five years, and the Reform Government for three years, and with the two said parties as a National Government for four years, are of the opinion the Labor Party are the only party that will administes legislation in the 'interest of the great mass of the people, and we earnestly urge all the useful people of Greater Dunedin to support the four Official Labor candidates in their fight for the freedom and emancipation against the profiteer and exploiter of the country."
