DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. The market was quiet this morning, no sales being made. In mining stock. Mount Lyells continue firm and had a close market, buyers offering 27s Bd, sellers asking 27s lOd. In investment scrip National Banks were in demand at £6 12s, but sellers held for 3s more. For Standard Insurances 60s 3d was offered, but no seller came forward under 62s 6d. P. and O.s were on offer at £6OO without attracting a buyer. Malay Rubbers had inquiry at 18s Gd, with a 'seller at 22s 6d, and the pref. issues were wanted at 25s without sellers. New Zealand Refrigerators (paid) continue steady at 43s 9d, buyer, 45s seller. New Zealand Sugar of Milks have eased back slightly to 42s 6d buyer, 45s seller, while Eclipse Petrols have firmed up, buyers offering 42s 6d, Beliers asking 465.
