Tho provision and improvement of access by roads and railways and communication, by mail, telegraph, and teleI>hone. 3. Bovlew and revision of the Public Service 6ystem and administration. 4. Development of our facilities, and encouragement of agricultural education. 5. Improvement and cheapening of means of transport .both in our internal and external trade. 6. Comprehensive development of hydroelectric power. 7. Development of harborage, where needful, and the development of facilities for the navigation of inland waterways. 8. Protection against exploitation of our producta by trusts anil combines, and the discouragement of holding land purely for speculative purposes. The motion was seconded by Mr J. H. Jull, and agreed to without discussion.
