CAPE TOWN, August 8. (Received August 11, at 8.55 a,m.) The sittings of the Indian congress at Johannesburg have terminated. _ The congress pissed resolutions demandin>T the xcdress of grievances, including •the withdrawal of the regulation ranking Asiatics among "prohibited immigrants," and claiming the Ml franchise, in return for which Indians would accept all the responsibilities of citizenship. They also asked for the withdrawal of the objectionable railway regulations and for the removal of obstacles to Indian students attending tho universities; also free and compulsory education for all Indian children. . . The congress alio protested stronely against anti-racial discriminatory legislation.
