CONSTANTINOPLE. August 7. (Received August 11, at 8.55 a. m.) Tho movement in favor of a British mandate for Turkev Is greatly increasing. The association promoting this movement is largelv composed of Old Turk* and retired officers, and is actively campaigning with a view to ultimately securing a phibisoite on this issue.
