PAGEANT ON THE THAMES. Plan® of the three gigantic pageant (schemes in connection with peace- celebrations have been submitted by the Lecgue of .the Arts for National and CSvio Oommonieo to the Parliamentary Committee appointed by the Imperial Cabinet to conaider the question.
