NOSKE AIMS AT MUNICH.
LONDON, April 28. (Received April 30, at 8.5$ a.m.) General Noske has taken over the command of the Prussian, Bavarian, and Wurtemburg troops that are operating against the Bavarian' Spartaeists, and he is arranging a campaign on a comprehensive scale, including a plan to capture Munich.
