BERLIN OUT OF MEAT.
LONDON, April 28. (Received April 50, at 8.55 a.m.) It is reported that Berlin is faced with a meat famine. The Government's stocks ot frozen meat, which amounted to 3,000,0001b in January, are now exhausted, and it is impossible to maintain even the one-third usual ration. The only satisfactory feature of the serious food situation is that the potato supply is expected to be sufficient until June.
