S.vnnmw, December 7. (Before J. R. Barth nlninew, Esq., S.M.) At Die Mosgiei Court yesterday the following business was transacted;— James Richardson claimed £6 Os 9cl from Richard Uannigan. —Judgment for plaintiff, with Court costs. Bv-htw Cases, —Fred Beale and Alex. MTvillop were each fined 15s and costs (7s) for having unregistered dogs.—A case against. Thomas Williams was dismissed, as the dog was not his properly.—Robert Smeaton was fined 5s and costs (7s) for allowing cattle to wander. A fine of £2 and costs (7a) was inflicted on J. Tilly for a breach of the railway regulations in crossing the railway line with his motor when the express was passing.
