Oats.—A strong demand continues for all grades, but the small quantity offering is limiting business. All good bright heavy samples are readily disposed of to millers at full rates, while feed lines aro meeting ready sale on arrival. Seed varieties are in keen demand and stocks in store light. We quote; Prime milling, 5s 4d to 5s 6d; good to best feed, 5s Id to 53 sd; medium to good, 4s 9d to 5s per bushel (sacks estra). Wheat.—Practically nothing offering. Potatoes.—Although consignments during the past week have not besn heavy, therei is no change in values to report. Choice freshly-picked lots are in most demand. Medium quality and light lines requiring sorting are neglected and more difficult to quit on arrival. Quotations: Best freshlvpieked tables, £ll 10s to £l2 10s; medium to good, £9 to £lO 10s per ton (sacks in). Chaff.—The market has been moderately supplied during the past week, many of the consignments arriving being of medium quality. Bright heavy oaten sheaf Is in most demand, shippers and feeders operating for this description. Medium quality is not receiving the same attention, and is not bo readily disposed of on arrival. We quote: \ Extra choice heavv black oaten sheaf, to £3 { 10s; 'good oaten e'heaf, £8 to £8 ss: fair to good, £7 10s to £7 15s; medium quality, £6 to £7 per ton (sacks extra).
