ANTI-SUBMARINE CAMPAIGN.
WASHINGTON, April 24. ' United' States navy officials, commenting on the bottling up of Zoebrugge, express tbo belief that tins’ Allies have begun an offensive against submarines, which will include blocking their German bases, increasing the minefields, also new detonation devices and the increased ■utilisation of aircraft.
