PRINCESS THEATRE

An entertaining programme is being offered at tho Princess Theatre this week. The artistic singing of Mr Newbury and Miss Murphy continued to delight musiclovers; Jack Martin and Co.’s “Wild West ” sketch is different to the sketches wo have had lately, and introduces some skilful lariat, handling and stop-dancing: Carlton Max and his doll “Jerry” afford a lot of amusement; and the Five Lewies evoke admiration for their , sumtuonsly mounted act. Denny and Dunignn, the bright, crisp American comedians, “hold up the show ” nightly, increasing their popularity with each appearance. There are several other acts, all good.
