(Received April 17, at 8.50 a.m.) The ‘ New York Times ’ announces that Mr William M. Hughes,. Australian Prime Minister, will arrive in America shortly. The paper urges Mr Wilson to bring large stores of Australian wheat to America, and thus relievo the scarcity in America. It says (Mr Hughes will suggest that Australian wheat bo taken over at a dollar a bushel.
