PHOTOGRAPHERS FINED. [Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, January 11; At tho Magistrate’s Court to-day "George Beilby, Kenneth Conner, Erie Lester. Harold Sinclair, Viva Young, and Fred Nevin were charged with breaches of the War Regulations by taking photographs of overseas vessels at Lyttelton. For the prosecution it was stated that tho cases were brought as a warning. Each defendant was fined 5s without costs, with the exception of Young, against whom a conviction was recorded.
