The Kaitangata arrived insido tho Manukau Heads this morning from Pictou, and bßrbhed at the Onehunga wharf this afternoon. She is to sail to-morrow for Westport to load for Dunodin and Bluff. The Kitta-wa arrived at Westport at. 10 last night from Wellington. She is expected to leave the West Coast port tomorrow for Timara and Oomaru. The Kokiri arrived at Westport at 2 a.m. yesterday from Wellington and Picton. She will leave the West Coast port on Wednesday with a cargo of coal for Wellington. The Kowhai arrived at Wellington at 3.30 p.m. on Saturday from Lyttelton. Sho is to sail to-morrow for New Plymouth. The vessel will afterwards go to Greymouth to load coal for Wellington. The Kini arrived at Wellington at 10.45 on Saturday night from Dunediu and Timaru. She is expected to sail to-night for Westport and Greymouth. The vessel will load at the latter port for Wellington. The Pohorua arrived at Wellington at 5.30 p.m. yesterday from Greymouth arid Westport. Reports received from Greymouth, state that the weather is fine there to-day, with light_ easterly winds. A smooth "sea is running on the bar. Tho weather is fine at Westport, with a smooth sea on tho bar. THE CORINNA. The Corinna arrived at Wellington at 9.45 a.m. yesterday from New Plymouth. She is fixed to leave the northern port to-morrow for Dunedin direct. The ves. sel should arrive hero on Thursday morning, and will probably be despatched the same day for way ports and New Plymouth. PASSENGERS BOOKED FOR NORTH. Passengers booked for northern ports should note that a steamer -which was advertised to leave Dunedin on Tuesday, January 15, will not como to this port this trip. Tho vessel will only oomo as far south as Lyttelton, and will leave there on Wednesday, January 16, for the north. WEATHER FORECAST. The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) supplied the following at noon to-day :—Strong easterly winds; warm woather; cloudy at times; glass fall; tides, good; sea moderate.
