DOMINION TOURNAMENT, A meeting of the Dominion Bowling Tournament Committee was held on Saturday night. The President (Mr C. Bussell Smith) and Mr A. H. Allen reported that they had selected Kaikorai and Balmacewen . as the two additional greens on which to play the Bints and Singles. They also reported that they had selected Kaikorai Green in place of Kaituna* on which to play the Pairs.—Approved. It was agreed to aljow Mr Kroon, the caterer, Is 9d for lunch and fid for morning and afternoon teas. The following were appointed umpires, who will in addition officially open the procedings at the various greens: Pairs.—Mr_A. H. Allen (Otago), Mr D. - M. Pastier (Kaikorai), Mr J. H. Matheson (Caversham), .Mr W. Nicolson (Mornington),. Mr W. Wilkinson (North-east Valley), Mr C. R. Smith (Dunedin), Mr Geo. Dunn (Roslyn), Mr A. I. Peters (St. Kiltja), Mr J. Abbott (Balmacewen), and Mr W. Allan (Caledonian). • Rinks.—Mr G. Nelson (North-east Valley), Mr J. H. Matheson (Dunedin), Mr A. Smellie (Roslyn), Mr J. Allan (Kaikorai), Mr W. Dali, (Balmacewen), Mr H. Bmeaton (Caversham), Mr C. R. Smith (Caledonian), and Mr E. H. Henderson (St. Kilda). Singles.—Mr A. Smellie (Caversham)," Mr E. Harraway (North-east Valiev), Mr J. It was unanimously resolved that, in the svent of a question arising as to the interpretation of Law No. 3 (placing the mat), the interpretation be as follows That the back of the mat must be placed- at least 6ft from the ditch.”
