A DESPERATE CAUSE.
DEJECTED EASTERN ALLEES. LONDON, October 17. The 'Daily Express's' Amsterdam corpespondent says that the Kaiser's sudden .rush, to Sofia and Constantinople was due to information that the Bulgare and Turks could hardly stand another winter of war. The Kaiser hopes to revive their faith in Sermany's cause.
