AUSTRALIAN BUTTER. MAMMOTH HOME PURCHASE. MELBOURNE, October 8. Mr Hughes (Prime Minister) has completed the butter deai with Great Britain. The Home Government will purchase 30,000 tons at 151s per cwt f.o.b. for first grado, and Is less for each lower grade. The deal involves an outlay of £4,500,000.
