Elgin road tram rails for the purpose'of lining them on the Maryliill. line), inspected both routes this mornins, and resumed the inquiry this afternoon. Mr A. Bathgate represented the Maryliill lino residents. Mr E. E. Nicolson (representing the Elgin road residents) and Mr C. F. Alexander (tramways manager) were recalled to give evidence, and the Commission was proceeding when we went to press. '
