LONDON, June 27. It is stated in tho parliamentary lobbies that there are alarming accounts of the situation in Ireland. The Sinn Fein is extending its organisation, with a view to capturing all the Nationalist seats. As compared with 100 Sinn Fein clubs a fortnight ago, they will shortly number 400 or 500.

NEW YORK, Juno 27. Mr T. P. O'Connor, M.P., states that he is not positive, but he is optimistic regarding the success of tho Irish Convention.
