MR MASSEY'S INFORMATION.
LONDON, February 17. 'Mr Massey, interviewed, said that he had been authoritatively informed that the submarines were being'effectively opposed. New Zealand might suffer somewhat, through want of tonnage, but sufficient was available to carry the main products.
