DU FOURNET AND THE SUBMARINES, ENTENTE AND THE TWO GOVERNMENTS. ATHENS, November 5. (Received November 6, at 9.40 a.m.) The Council of Ministers, King Constantine presiding, rejected Admiral Du Fonrnet's request for the utilisation of the Greek light fleet, manned by allied crows, to ensure the security of the Greek coast. (Received November 6, at 11.35 a.m.) Admiral Du Fournet has sent the Greek Government a fresh severe Note, which is believed to refer to the arrest of German and Greek spies implicated in the submarine sinkings. The Yenezclist newspaper 'Hestia' says that the Allies' attitude satisfies the Provisional Government that no significance attaches- to the postponement of their recognition, and that the national leaders have the Entente Powers' moral and material support. ,-..■■- "The Times.'
