ABOUT BRITAIN'S AIR DEFENCE. Eeuter's Telegrams. MAURITIUS, November 5. (Received November 6, at 9.40 a.m.) The Council, the Government, and the sugar planters have combined to present a million rupees to the Imperial Government to provide 30 battle planes or to go towards providing coast defence airships.
