VENEZELIST STRENGTH. INCIPrENT CIVIL WAR. Eeuter's Telegrams. SALONIKA, November 3. The Venezelist army consists of 50,C00 men, of whom 17,000 are jreadv 'ex the field. ATHENS, November 4. Fighting has been resumed at Ekaterina between the Royalists and Nationalists. Admiral Du Fournet states that negotiations are in progress whereby witlr > 10 days no difficulty will be placed in the way of volunteers proceeding to Salonika. Seven Greek ships have been sunk in 12 davs.
