[Pen Uxixkd Press Association-^ WANGANUT, August 21. Roy Jenres Lambess, charged at tie Magistrate's Court with not attending parades, failed to appeal*. Lambess, who is 22 years of age, was described as one_ of the worst shirkers in the Dominion. He had never attended parade. The Magistrate deprived him of all civil rights for five'years.
