The Amokura sailed from Port Chalmers this forenoon for Bluff, AVest Coast, and Wellington. The Orari, from northern ports, arrived at Port, Chalmers before noon, and came on to Dunectin when the tide suited in the- afternoon to discharge the balance of her West of England cargo. The Ruapehu, which is due .here in a few days, will dock at Port" Chalmers for cleaning and painting. The Marama- is expected to leave Port Chalmers for Wellington at the end of this week. The Corinna, which arrived this morning, was expected to leave this afternoon for New Plymouth via ports. The Tarawera left this afternoon for Auckland via norts. The Kahika is due on Wednesday night from Greymouth. and leaves on Friday for Gisborne vi.i ports. The Monowai met with bad weather on the return trip from Auckland, and did not arrive at Napier till 6 o'clock this morning, consequently she will not be here until Friday morning, leaving th.3 same day for Auckland via nnrts. The Whangape is due at Bhiff to-mor-row, and hero on Thursday from Newcastle and Svdnev.

A Press Association message received from London states that the Ruahine has loft England for Auckland and Wellington. She is due at the northern port on December 51. and at Wellincton a few days biter. THE FERRY SERVICE.
