OCEAN BEACH DOMAIN BOARD

The monthly meeting of the Ocean Beach Domain Board was held yesterday afternoon; present—Messrs j". H. Hancock (chairman), J. E. White, P. L. Clark, and Gabriel Hodges. Correspondence was read from the Otago Hunt relative to an increase in the area held by it at Tahuna. Park, agreeing to the board's terms under which the increase would be granted.—Noted. .The levy for the year was struck, and will be apportioned between the various local -bodies interested as follows:—C'it-v Council, £3OO Os- lid; St. Kilda, £25 18s lOd ; Mcrnington, £l9 4s 4d ; Maori Hill £ll 6s 7d ; making a total of £356 10s Bd. The question of fencing the esplanade road on the domain was considered, and it was decided that the Otago Expansion League be asked to provide the material for fencing both sides of the esplanade, and the board to do the work. Accounts amounting to £ll 13s Id were passed for payment.
