HIGH COMMISSIONER'S CABLE
The Kigh Commissioner reported under date London, March 26 (4.35 p.m.) : Army Casualties :—Men killed, 110; wounded. 97; missing, 13; prisoners. 174. Sir John French reports nothing new. Paris reports that a German attack on Notre Dame dc Lorette failed. On the Meuse and the Moselle German attempts to attach- were easilv and immediately repelled. They delivered two attacks on the wood of Consenv.->ye, two on tho wood of Les Caures, three on Epartres, and one on the wood of La Pretre.
