Correspondence for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe must be specially addressed "per lonic." Parcel mail doses 4 p.m. on Tuesday. For Fiji, Sandwich Islands, Fanning Island, Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe, etc. (duo in London August 31), per north express, p,t 1Q a.m. on Wednesday. Money orders issued till 4 p.m. on Tuesday, and registered articles accepted till 9 a.at.
