TO BE REORGANISED. [Pee United Pe.es3 Association.] WEIIjNGTON, July 9: A conference of the various New Zealand branches of the Seamen's Union will be opened at Auckland on Monday for the purpose of considering the advisability of reorganising the Seamen's Federation and of making the rules of the different branches uniform. The proceedings are expected to last (several days. Messrs W. T. Young and H. Richards, the Wellington delegates, leave for Auckland <xi Saturday.
