GREEN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL.
In Green's ease evidence was given showing that on -March 21 he bought a revolver and cartridges at Laidlaw and Gray's South Dunedin shop, telling the salesman he intended to shoot some cats which had troubled him. The accused, who pleaded not guilty, was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. ,
