A PROBABLE ARREST
ALLEGED SEDITIOUS SPEECH BY ROBERT SEMPLE. [Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH. April 28. It is xumored here that Robert Semple, who is now out on bail in the sum of £1,500, will be arrested after to-morrow. His offence is alleged to be a seditious speech here on the 19th inst., in the course of which it is said he repeated the utterances made by Henry Holland.
