LIBEL ON FREEMASONRY
A BISHOP FINED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, April 26. (Received. April 27, at 8.40 a.m.) The Bishop of Luxemburg was fined 1,607 marks (£80) and ordered to pay a similar amount to 21 prosecutors for slander in a speech delivered by him at a Roman Catholic congress at Metz in August, in which ho described ''Freemasonry as deceit; whose God is the Devil."
