SECTIONAL OR NATIONAL BALLOT. [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 27. A case was commenced in the Supreme Court to-day to obtain an interpretation of the rules of the New Zealand branch of the Australasian Federated Seamen's Association. The parties to the action are Daniel Donovan and William Thomas Young, respectively president and secretary of the New Zealand branch (plaintiffs), and Murdoch M'Konzie and William BelcKer, president and secretary of tho Dunedin gj*cfcion, and Adam Nixon and John Kneem, president and secretary oi the Auckland section (defendants). The point in dispute is as to whether the Dunedin section had any control over the Wellington section in the conduct of its sectional -business. The case, in the form of a declaration summons-, is proceeding.
