ST. PETERSBURG, March 4. A congress of exporters held at Kieff resolved that it is .necessary to liberate Russia from her economic dependence on Germany, the' present treaty being denounced as humiliating. The congress urged the immediate development of commercial relations with Great Britain, Italy, and other countries.
