THE LOST NECKLACE
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, September 4. Two of the large pearls of the stolen necklace have been recovered. Their value is £12,000. [As a result of the ■ theft of the pearl necklace, which was insured for £150,000, Lloyd's underwriters have- decided to greatly lower the- amount covered on one item under a jewellery "block" policy in future. The maximum sum suggested, is £50,000.]
