MEETINGS OF SOCIETIES

The Hope of Dunedin Lodge, I 0 G T held their usual meeting in the social' hall' old fire station, Octagon. The ledge was opened by ~'hief Templar Bro. Brennan, with the usual ceremonies, in the presence of many members and visitors. The item on the programme being "Flower Night " a large assortment were brought to the lodge.. which weTe kindly given to the Dunedin Hospital, and -were taken by the C.T. After harmony a vote of thanks was accorded to the visitor* and those- who had contributed, and was responded to by Bro. Beveridge (Lily of Valley), Bro. Knoi (Pioneer, Chnstchurch), Porter (Rescue) Steadman (Caversluim), Coofcsey (Alliance)' Burrows (Pioneer).
