REFEREES' ASSOCIATION. [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON. March W At the annual meeting of tho New Zealand Referees' Association yesterday, Mr R. M. Isaacs presiclin"- 14 unions wore represented. Tho annua] report stated that 20 associations were now affiliated, and several new associations would apply for affiliation shortly. Over a thousand copies of the handbookhad been sold, and 300 distributed among the primary schools. 'The balance of asset* over liabilities was now £3l Is 10d. Mr Isaacs was rec ected president, and Mr L. Sieves was elected secretary. The venue of the next conference was left to the decision of the executive.
