The palace guards were involved, and many of them have been arrested. Of these, three were executed under the pretence that they tried to escape from custody. Martial law has been proclaimed. The northern rebels are reported to be marching south; intending to atack the capital. THE MURDER OF MAD FRO. CHARGE AGALXSTAX AMBASSADOR. SAX FRANCISCO, March 22. (Received March 22, at 9 a.m.) Colonel Aloado Trout, a Mexican refugee., asserts that the Uto President Madero and Vice-President Suariz were deliberately murdered, Suariz was throttled, not 6hot. Rumors of the plot leaked out. and Madero's widow, before the murders were cons-unrated. went to the United States Ambassador and solicited his help, but the Ambassador "refused to interfere.
