Ross, Claim. £4 14s 7d, on a judgment summons.—There was no appearance of tho defendant, who was ordeied to pav the amount due, with costs, forthwith, in default, five days' imprisonment. James Williams.Claim, £2 9s 6d, on a judgment summons. —The defendant did not appear, ami was ordered to pay the. amount due, with costs, forthwith, in default three days' imprisonment.
