HARRIER CLUBS
PACIFIC. The annual meeting of tho Pacific Harrier and Amateur Athletic Club was held in the .Societies’ Hall, South Dunedin, last night, Mr T. Dawson presiding over an 'attendance of over thirty members. Tho Chairman congratulated the club on : experiencing such a successful year. The average attendance during the season had been excellent, being 25, as against tho previous season’s average of 20. With regard to tho club’s financial position, he deplored the fact that there were a good many outstanding subscriptions. They expected this year to bring their membership up to tho half-century, in which case their club would be the largest in Dunedin. (Ap- < plause.) Ho moved the adoption of the report and balance-sheet. , Mr J. Nicol seconded the motion, which . was carried. . 'Hie election of office-bearers resulted as , follows: Patron, Mr T. Iv.
